Job Description
Manage a portfolio of clients with primarily flow banking & network banking needs
Assist Senior Bankers / Relationship Managers in deal pitches, documentations, credit process, compliance, internal reporting / co-ordination and related activities.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Management
Ensure Compliance with policies of the bank including KYC, no overdue on recertification, no overdue on annual renewals, adherence to compliance policies etc.
Review the Annual Reviews, Deal Economics and Value Creation, Limit tables, Client Fische etc
Preparation of internal documentation & reporting like Brief Client / Deal Note, Compliance memos, Product Notes, End to end review of Credit Files, Control Tower updates, Client First Data representation for Local & Regional Client Committees and updating them periodically basis feedback from Senior Bankers
2. Deal management
Assist Senior Coverage Bankers on Client Management activities starting from ideation, pitching, deal origination, internal business & credit approvals, documentation, execution & booking of deals.
Client Marketing support includes detailed pitches, client fisches, client action plans, term-sheets, industry trends, client mining & opportunity identification.
Support internal & external processes during deal life including but not limited to Preparation / Review of Screeners, Credit approval memos, term sheets, deal/ client profitability and return thresholds
Documentation & deal execution assistance. Liaison with internal teams ? legal, credit, risk, coverage etc for closing documentation with client in timely manner.
3. Flow Banking Initiatives
Drive initiatives with Global Markets, Transaction Banking, Network Banking etc
4. Reporting, Budgeting & Admin.
Internal & External reporting on revenues, deal pipes, budgeting, presentation etc.
Also managing client events etc

Technical:
Strong understanding of Indian markets, with knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking solutions
Research and Analytical skills
Hands-on experience in documentations
Prior experience in assisting teams for larger value/visible mandates
Handling and maintaining corporate client portfolio in terms of budgeting, deal pitchbooks, industry research, internal teams co-ordination
Ability to handle quality content and presentation materials
Ability to do analysis and manage execution of projects
Good presentation and communication skills

Qualifications
MBA from reputed institute with experience in corporate banking with peer banks.
Experience: 2-5 yrs
