We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join RBWM team.
Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Support the INM OI team with implementing key sales initiatives to help grow Overseas India (O/I) customer base and service model to deliver the business objectives. This is a key business development role focusing on building relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, with the objective of offering HSBC’s retail banking and wealth management (RBWM) products to our O/I customers.
• Source OI NTB’s from the new & existing corporate base and deliver on meeting OI NTB targets as per the broader AOP in line with Country Plan.
• Identify, prospect and on board new GCEPs/Education and Immigration Consultants which ensure the OI NTB acquisitions.
• Initiate work with Branch Network, MSF CEP teams, Global Corporates and other verticals towards generating Overseas Referrals to priority corridors outside INM. Eg. UK/Canada/MENAT/SG& HK.
• Ensure the KYC/AML norms of the bank are complied with at all times.
• Execute marketing events and promotions to generate business in NRI/OI catchments, in conjunction with support departments such as INM Marketing
