We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP-Portfolio Finance Support.
Principal Responsibilities
• The Portfolio Finance Support role will be based in India and will work as part of the Strategy & Change Delivery central portfolio team.
• The role holder will report into the Strategy & Change Portfolio Financial Manager. They will support with the overall financial management against the departments financial and headcount targets, by supporting and managing the processes and tools that support with the overall governance surrounding financials and headcount management.
• In parallel to this, the role holder will be expected to contribute to the ongoing objective of the wider Portfolio Finance team to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation where relevant.
• Assisting with and driving the monthly and ad-hoc review of department level financials to support with the monthly reforecasting process
• Review monthly actuals vs forecasts for all cost lines to identify drivers for any material differences at a country and cost centre level
• Provide a view on the impact of differences in actuals and forecasts and impact on the full year forecast
• Support the preparation of ad-hoc and monthly governance materials which will be presented to stakeholders
