Position Overview The Business Analyst designs and develops application frameworks, applies them in response to business problems and participates as part of a team on development-related work. The Lead not only develops code but also mentors other Engineers within their group providing technical leadership. Individual coming into this role is expected to build an architecture view for the platform and work with other engineers in the team for development of same. Ability to analyze the Market Requirement Document along with the BPMs and Demand manager. Prepare/Review Solution/Functional requirement specifications, working closely with IT Delivery manager, Application Owners / Solution Architects in solution requirement. Communicate the proposed requirement specifications with all stakeholders including interface partners applications with agreed timeline. Support testing by creating test cases, scenarios and when required support testing with interface partners. Working closely with developers to resolve functional issues from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in formulating solutions to various functional / technical issues Collaborates effectively with technologists to deliver quality software. Team oriented and passionate about developing product and bringing in efficiencies in processes. Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and multi matrix environment Expertise Expertise in any object oriented programming language preferably Java Expertise in designing systems with Event Driven Architecture. . Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases Exposure to any of the cloud platforms, preferably GCP Your skills and experience Strong analytical, planning, communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions in clear and concise manner to variety of audiences Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology including continuous integration and continuous delivery, with a mindset of creating minimum viable product and delivering business value with reduced Time To Market Good to have Knowledge of various messaging/ conversion requirements including file conversion, standard format conversion, market/client conversions, ISO20022 Exposure to financial messages conversion tools in market.
