Description
• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation activities for the company.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. (IGAAP, IndAS, IFRS)
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Work closely with department heads to formulate financial strategies and plans.
• Participate in strategic decision-making at the departmental level.
• Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
• Review company's financial performance and report on key changes.
Profile
A successful 'AVP Reporting and Consolidation should have:
• CA with at least 10 years of overall experience in financial reporting and consolidation
• Open to Mumbai as a location.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with Hotel or Real Estate industry
