• Human Resources
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
• Principal Responsibilities
- Execute Resourcing Strategy to fulfill business / function’s strategic goals through a range of resourcing projects including frameworks and policies for planning future hiring needs, internal sourcing approaches, selection and assessment, mobility and alumni processes
- Campus Recruitment
- Supports the end to end recruitment process and facilitate the completion of forecasted recruitment demand
- Identifies trends and feedback and provides inputs for Senior manager’s consideration to adjust resourcing, attraction, assessment and selection strategies
- Develops close working relationships with Business Heads & Line Managers to build an in-depth understanding of resourcing issues and requirements.
- Drive initiatives related to Diversity related hiring for the Bank
Requirements
- Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from a premier business school
- Minimum of 6 years of proven recruiting experience, or equivalent within the Banking and Financial Services industry
- Significant resourcing / HR experience and track record of working in partnership with senior management and other HR colleagues in an intellectually demanding environment
- High levels of initiative and business acumen, strong consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills and an ability to drive change
- Proven track record of process and operational management
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness along with knowledge of the local employment related legislation.
- Proven ability to work under pressure within demanding timescales
- Excellent management planning ability with strong attention to details.
