Must Have Skills/Experience:
• 8-12 years of relevant post qualification experience in the risk and controls domain with a leading accounting firm / financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of excellent stakeholder management, working effectively across global and regional teams
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities;
• Execution oriented: proactive escalation of issues whilst maintaining solution focused and flexible approach to accommodate the changing business/function needs;
Good to Have Skills/Experience:
• Post-Graduation/CA/ MBA Finance is preferred.
• Strong risk and control experience. Experience in performing risk and control assessments, assurance reviews and managing SOX framework is a key requirement.
• Business analysis experience and strong technical and commercial understanding of what drives the numbers reported;

• CA/MBA finance: +-14 years of relevant post qualification experience in the risk and controls domain with a leading accounting firm / financial services industry.
