Job description: Role Responsibilities Responsibilities This role is open for either Bangalore or Chennai location both. This role demands following but not limited to: Monthly Release (Code + DB) upgrades to various environments using DevOps pipelines (or manual upgrade) Creating Monitoring dashboards / identify & configure new alerts (infra / app services) Diagnose / Troubleshoot middleware issues (Tomcat / Apache / MQ / Solace / APIs) on AWS; Study existing engineering processes and automate (Auto healing / deployment / Auto Purging / Scheduling jobs / etc) to improve environment resiliency Troubleshooting (Application Config issue, Server’s setup issues, interface issues) on AWS; Model behaviours that facilitate Agile delivery Exhibit passion for client experience with a user-first mindset Our Ideal Candidate Candidate must have proven credentials of delivering in world class engineering having 10 to 14 years of IT experience in application / environment support and maintenance using DevOps and Agile methodologies. Experience in Banking domain is MUST to have, knowing Transaction Banking would be a plus. With a bachelor’s degree in, engineering or equivalent discipline, he/she must have relevant experience fulfilling responsibilities of the position. Must be a confident self-starter with ability to collaborate and devise solutions. Relevant industry certifications are an added plus.
