Objectives:
- The role of AVP is to lead a team of 3 to 5 Tableau Developers in Analytics & Information Management (AIM) Bangalore
- The Lead will primarily support Citi Global Wealth Business Unit and will help in developing the Tableau reporting platform for this unit
- Key customer segments covered would include Consumer Wealth (Investments / Insurance / FX etc...), Private Banking and any other related segments
- Providing a good visual way of providing insights to Senior management on key business metrics such as Net New Money, Sales, Acquisitions trends etc... in a high frequency (daily / weekly / monthly etc...) at a granular level is critical
- Driving commercialization of Tableau Platform across multiple business users by co-creating the storyboard and championing the usage are critical
- Ability to work boundarylessly with Data management and Analytics teams to define the right data elements and underlying data architecture to improve reporting efficiency is a must
- The key requirement for the role is the ability to understand the business, develop data-driven solutions to address business problems and independently manage end-to-end project communication with business partners. The individual will possess the ability to work in teams and display a proactive learning attitude.
- We are looking for Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working in bigger teams. A flexible, positive and mature mindset to deal with ambiguities of complex business problems is a must.
