AVP-Tibco Production Support with leading Bank:

• Roles and Responsibilities
Handling the support of configuration and implementation of production and non-prod environment.- Involve in DR, patching and planned activities.- Installation of BW6.x Tibco software setup in UAT and Prod Server.- Major and minor release/post release support and provide immediate workaround on any critical business functionalities because of issues that arise.- BW5 code GV change and deployment via both Admin and backend.- Involved in shell scripting tasks.- Implementing hawkrules base for monitoring BW Service with auto start up on critical services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Mentoring and training others in the use of Tibco tools- Role:_Other
