We have an opportunity for AVP/Director Training for a large and reputed Global BPO.
Designation - AVP Training ( Domestic Business)
Location - Gurugram
Experience - 10-18 Years
CTC - Upto 20 LPA
This is a leadership position wherein the candidate would be heading training function for a large span
The role Reports into Head of training.
Candidate should have managed large span and should have experience in leading training team in a BPO environment.
Qualification
1. Graduate / Post Graduate
2. Minimum 10 plus years of experience in delivering and managing training function in large BPO / KPO set up
3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in classroom and virtual Environment
4. Experience in varied industries like BFSI, eCommerce , Telecom, Collections , Retail etc would be added advantage
5. Managed mass performance improvement enabled by technology/processes
6. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key requirements for training proactively.

- Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills
- Training and scheduling experience
- Exposure to Data Analytics
- End to end business training governance and advise leadership
- Proactively identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement
- Proactively analyze resources on timely basis with business and transition team
- Plan and deploy process training basis organization growth plans and goals
- Track and report employee success and progress
- Prepare and monitor budget for process training programs and workshops
- Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with high degree of communication
