We are hiring for leadership positions for worlds large BPO/BPM company for Transition vertical.
Title- "AVP Transition ( International BPO)"
Location- Mumbai / Gurugram
Ctc will not be a constraint for right candidate with matching skillsets.
Experience and Qualification Required
12-15 years of experience in BPM with at-least 5 years of experience in transition (and the delivery life cycle)
Should be able to handle big projects of 300+ FTE’s independently
Lead client communication and is able to interact with Global clients in the design phase
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence upon and align the stakeholders to deliver on the end requirement
Strong Project Management skills and ability to work with multi-function teams internally
Ability to anticipate risks/roadblock and highlight at the right time with solution-driven approach to find closures
