We are hiring for leadership positions for worlds large BPO/BPM company for Transition vertical.
Title- "AVP Transition ( International BPO)"
Location- Mumbai / Gurugram
Ctc will not be a constraint for right candidate with matching skillsets.
Experience and Qualification Required
• 12-15 years of experience in BPM with at-least 5 years of experience in transition (and the delivery life cycle)
• Should be able to handle big projects of 300+ FTE’s independently
• Lead client communication and is able to interact with Global clients in the design phase
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence upon and align the stakeholders to deliver on the end requirement
• Strong Project Management skills and ability to work with multi-function teams internally
• Ability to anticipate risks/roadblock and highlight at the right time with solution-driven approach to find closures
