We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
Looking for an experienced dynamic Project Manager with experience delivering innovative solutions in close collaboration with the Business. The candidate will have strong domain Knowledge on Investment banking and be able to work in a fast paced agile environment.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in the execution of the strategy, identifying opportunities to realise the strategic architecture within the constraints of regulatory milestones. The individual will be required to work closely with colleagues across Operation Technology Services (Trade Processing, Settlement, Operation Data Store and Data Distribution) to ensure the technical solution leverages common components, standard proven patterns and engineering principles.
This is a great opportunity to help drive forward the strategy of a major expanding area within this global Bank on a strategy programme of work.
What will you be doing?
• Analysing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
• Researching and reviewing up-to-date business processes and new IT advancements to make systems more modern
• Presenting ideas and findings in meetings
• Training and coaching staff members
• Creating initiatives depending on the business’s requirements and needs
• Developing projects and monitoring project performance
• Collaborating with users and stakeholders
• Working closely with senior management, partners, clients and technicians
• Posting the Current status of the projects
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and out of box thought process.
• Good understanding of investment banking, and the industry sector

• Resource must have good knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
