AVP / VP - Debt Capital MarketsLocation : Mumbai You will be responsible for: • Should have an excellent relationship with PSU banks, Private Sector banks, Foreign Banks, NBFC`s, HFC`s, ARC`s, AIF`s, FPI`s, Bank Treasuries, Corporate Treasuries, Mutual Funds, Insurance companies • Should be able to manage and independently execute debt syndication on a PAN INDIA basis – across MSME, Large and Mid-corporate clients and Asset backed portfolio like Construction & Equipment Finance, Leasing, Supply Chain and Channel Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance • End – to End Deal Management viz. Liaisoning with Senior Banking & Finance Professionals for Deal Placement, Resolution of Queries, Deal Documentation & Deal Execution. • Should have an established track record for Deal Closures for all kinds of fund based and non-fund-based, ECB and FCY requirements and structured funding like LAS, LAP, LRDs, Acquisition Funding, Promoter Funding, ECBs, FCTL, Equity buy-outs and Securitization and Direct Assignments and across different industry segments and sectors • Perform Comprehensive Due Diligence including Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring & Appraisal, Drafting & Negotiating Term Sheets & Loan Documentation with clients & other stakeholders • Should be able to analyse Financial Statements, DPR`s, TEV reports,TSIRs, Valuation reports and be thorough with all the latest and relevant statutory and regulatory regulations and able to prepare pitch documents like Information Memorandum, Teasers, Investor Note etc • Good Knowledge of Regular Microsoft Office Applications You will be reporting to: This position will report directly to the MD – DCM/FI Head to drive sales and growth for the platform and lending business.
