Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop fair and consistent rewards strategies to attract and retain talent
• Manage the design, and implementation of compensation programs.
• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and relevant
• Participate in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Ensure that the compensation practices are compliant with the local legislations
• Leads and manages compensation projects for the geography
• Partner with recruitment, HRBP, payroll and finance teams
• Manages, leads and develops the compensation team
Skills Required:
Experience as a C&B manager
Excellent analytical skills
Well versed with MS Excel
Good communication skills
