Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP-Investment Banking at Resurgent India Limited in Gurugram.The AVP will be responsible for managing investment banking transactions, sourcing of mandates,conducting financial analysis, and ,interacting with Investors and closing Private Equity and Merger & Acquisions Mandates among other duties.
Qualifications
• Develop a pipeline of potential investors by working closely with the Funds Partners
• Attend various events and conferences to build relevant relationships in the ecosystem including HNIs, Family offices, PEs, and VCs
• Manage documentations with investors and data-room/ queries for their due-diligence
• Engage with existing investors and effectively communicate with them – sending regular quarterly reports and other communications
• Managing any investor queries seamlessly in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed notes on existing and prospective investors engagement for future reference and update database/CRM regularly
• Lead the planning and execution of the annual investor conference to host 100+ domestic and international investors
• Strong analytical skills and experience in due diligence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex financial transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA,CA etc.) are a plus
