Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Key Accountabilities Ability to understand current process mapping and existing controlsAbility to identify gaps if any in existing processes- gaps such as manual breaks, multiple handoffs, weak controlsAbility to create high quality documentation such as process maps for reviews conductedAbility to work collaboratively with diverse stake-holder and obtain their agreement on any suggestions/ gaps identified as part of any reviews conductedGood analytical skills, detail oriented, keen eye to detect and analyse gapsSolution oriented with an understanding on various options available for automationExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.Ability to manage multiple projects across Operations teamJob Duties & responsibilities Ensure quality of review, gap analysis and proposed solutionUnderstanding of Payment and Trade processes including regulatory guidelines/requirementsRequired Experience Overall experience of 12 to 15 years in the Financial Services industry.Deep Banking domain experience is mandatory in Corporate Banking ( Should have Payment and Trade knowledge)Core Competencies Understanding of Payment and Trade processes including regulatory guidelines/requirementsClear understanding of banking products, systems, controls, capabilities, and limitations.Education / Preferred Qualifications Post -graduation from recognised university.
