Our client is a leading global bank is keen to hire Social Finance Program - Lead (AVP / VP) for their Foundation group that provides a platform to their clients to use their wealth to drive positive social and environmental change. As a part of Social Finance team, you will be responsible to develop and implement innovative finance solutions to drive positive social change Individuals with global experience in Social Investments or Social Impact would be the ideal match for this role. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Manage the entire social investments program of the organisation.- Support in sourcing, assess from both impact and financial perspectives, and execute potential social investment opportunities- Create a pipeline of innovative and social impact investments- Develop and implement innovative finance solutions to drive positive social change - Coordinate with the project team and prepare presentation for key stakeholders. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Qualified CA/MBA finance- 7 to 11 years of experience with significant experience in Social Finance, global development, or impact investing- Investment management and program management experience- Experience working with private equity, or in management consulting or Global NGOs - Good quantitative skills, skilled in financial analysis (financial statements), financial modelling, familiar with equity valuation methods - Strong Analytical, people management and presentation skills.- Excellent written and verbal communications required.Please contact Archana Kumar or email your cv directly in word formatPlease note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
