Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team as a Senior Java Developer.

• This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microservices architecture, hands-on experience with event-driven systems, and proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• We are looking for a professional who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture and code reviews, and provide technical guidance as needed.

About the Role

This is a full-time contract position that requires the selected candidate to be authorized to work in their country of residence without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multiple projects and initiatives.

• Implement event-driven architectures and work with modern cloud technologies.

• Contribute to architecture and code reviews, and provide technical guidance as needed.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Expertise in Microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems.

• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

• Ability to work with good overlap in American time zones.
