TENURE: At least 12 months in current job and process.
PERFORMANCE: Satisfactory rating on most recent annual performance review
CORRECTIVE ACTION: Not within or under the prescriptive period for suspension.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Not in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
Operating hours: While actual hours will depend on the US team that the role will be supporting, the hours will fall within the Monday-Friday 8am-8pm EST hours of the US teams.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 4-6 Years of relevant work experience
Job Responsibilities:
Working on multiple functions such as FX Currency, standing Payments, FX drafts, Payments processing
Monitoring of queues and workflows and adhere to multiple cutoffs
Group mailbox monitoring and responding to emails in timely manner
Play an active role in user acceptance testing for all technology releases and enhancements
Be part of root cause analysis and other initiatives related to the line of business.
Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
Taking process trainings for new joiners.
