As our new AWS Channel Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility is to grow our AWS Business through our channel partners and position Crayon as the partner of choice. As such, You will develop and manage strategic relationships with channel partners to drive the adoption of AWS services within public , health and Edtech sectors.
Other responsibilities will include:
• Building annual plans with the Public Sector team at AWS and working with our Leadership team to drive and execute regional sales Engagements with large partners.
• Assist partners in developing and managing sales pipelines.
• Engage, Enroll and Elevate AWS business with partners through marketing, events and workshops
• Build and maintain solid relationships with both AWS team and our channel partners and collaborate closely to drive joint sales, go-to-market, and technical initiatives for public sector clients.
• Drive partner upgrades (Tier Level) , Initiatives, & grow net new business
Your Competencies
• 3+ years' experience in AWS reselling
• 5+ years of experience in managing partners (i.e ISVs, start-up, DC providers and hardware resellers) who are serving the public sector
• Extensive knowledge on various AWS Programs such OLA, MAP, Customer Engagement Incentive( CEI) and AWS lift
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certificate or AWS Cloud Associate certification will be preferred
