AWS-Connect developer remotely part-time
As an AWS Connect developer with Salesforce integration experience, your role would involve developing and implementing solutions that integrate AWS Connect, a cloud-based contact center service, with Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Your experience would typically include the following job responsibilities and skills:
Job Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing AWS Connect contact flows and configurations to meet business requirements.
Integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce to enable seamless data exchange and synchronization between the two systems.
Developing custom AWS Lambda functions or other serverless components to extend the functionality of AWS Connect and integrate with Salesforce APIs.
Configuring AWS Connect telephony features, such as call routing, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and call analytics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on AWS Connect and Salesforce integration best practices.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AWS Connect and Salesforce integration, including data synchronization, call routing, and CRM data retrieval.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of AWS Connect contact flows and integrations, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Skills and Experience:
Strong experience with AWS Connect, including contact flow development, configuration, and administration.
Proficiency in AWS services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customizations, and Salesforce APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods, such as Salesforce Connect, Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs, and the Salesforce Data Loader.
Familiarity with telephony systems and protocols, such as SIP (Session Initiation Protocol), PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network), and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).
Programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java for developing custom AWS Lambda functions and Salesforce integrations.
Understanding of data synchronization and transformation techniques between AWS Connect and Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
