Job Description
As an AWS Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their cloud computing needs on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth operations of AWS services.
Key Responsibilities:·
Creating a disaster recovery plan for the company’s AWS environment, including identifying backup storage locations and testing restore capabilities·
Monitoring security threats to the company’s data and infrastructure to ensure that systems are protected from unauthorized access and malicious attacks·
Installing, configuring, and maintaining systems such as web servers, databases, operating systems, virtualization platforms, network security devices, load balancers, firewalls, and other network services·
Managing the company’s private cloud computing environment by monitoring usage, updating software, and troubleshooting issues· Installing additional applications as required
· Monitoring usage of computing resources such as CPU usage, memory consumption, storage capacity, and network bandwidth utilization to ensure that the cloud environment is performing efficiently.·
Monitoring Applications and Database installed on AWS.· Having working experience in any of Ticketing Tool.·
Designing and implementing security measures such as, access controls, , and password policies to protect the company’s data and applications from unauthorized access or misuse·
Performing routine tasks such as updating software packages, patching operating systems, and backing up data on virtual machines.·
To Monitor Availabilty and to Measure the Extent Of performance·
To maintain data integrity and to access the control while using the AWS application platform·
Having Working Experience in AWS Terminologies like ECS, EKS,Elastic Cluster, AWS CLI , IAM etc·
Foundational knowledge of databases and Structured Query Language (SQL), Should be able to perform Select Queries·
Understanding of Virtualization and/or cloud computing· Good understanding of security best practices·
Exceptional customer focus / Customer service experience· Good understanding of distributed computing environments and methodologies
Candidates from western suburbs are preferred.Job Location :- Andheri(MIDC)Experince :- 1 to 3 yrs
