As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.
You will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Required Technical And Professional Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Quick Sight, and IAM.
• Experience with omnichannel call flow design (routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messages, hours of operations), IVR configurations, and contact center operations including voice, chat, email, SMS integrations
• Basic programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD development methodology to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Understanding of REST APIs and integrations with third-party applications such as CRMs, ITSMs, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing Connect environments using native toolsets or 3rd party analytics.
• Creating detailed documentation for Connect configurations including call flows, architectures, integrations,
• Ensure all systems, workflows, architectures, and data are secure by design with a focus industry regulations and compliance.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer, Amazon Connect Communication Specialist, Amazon Connect Developer).
• Hands-on experience with the Amazon Connect ecosystem including experience with but not limited to AWS Services such as Contact Lens, Amazon Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Outbound Campaigns, Athena, Glue, Comprehend, Transcribe, Kinesis.
• Experience with AI/ML chatbots using Amazon Lex or QnA Bot.
• Knowledge of Amazon Q and building GenAI-based use cases using LLMs such as Bedrock
• Knowledge of telephony concepts (SIP, WebRTC, VoIP).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
