Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cloud Solution Administration: Manage continuous integration and the day-to-day administration of cloud solutions.
• CI/CD Automation: Drive automation efforts using CI/CD pipelines, particularly utilizing GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Code Quality: Conduct peer reviews and maintain coding standards while ensuring adherence to the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Kubernetes Consultancy: Provide professional technical consultancy and support on Kubernetes architecture and best practices.
• System Improvement: Analyze and enhance system Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as resilience, performance, and cost optimization.
Required skills and qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud engineering.
• Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services, including VPC, EC2, ECS, S3, EBS, ELB, Elastic IPs, and Security Groups.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control.
• Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in automating cloud environments and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.
• Scripting Skills: Strong scripting knowledge in Python and Bash.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• GitOps: Familiarity with GitOps principles and practices.
• Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to acquire new skills and share knowledge within the team.
