We are looking for an experienced AWS Glue Python SQL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing, deploying and maintaining AWS Glue jobs and Python scripts. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying data processing workflows using AWS Glue, Python and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AWS Glue jobs for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Write Python scripts to process data in AWS Glue environment
• Write complex SQL queries for data processing and analysis
• Collaborate with the team to develop data processing workflows
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data processing jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in data processing workflows
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data processing and AWS
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in AWS Glue Python and SQL development
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries
• Good knowledge of AWS Glue, Python and SQL
• Experience with AWS data processing and analysis tools like Redshift, S3, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
