Day and Night Shifts available! Positions available in Ajax Kingston and Ottawa.

AZ Delivery Driver Position Highlights:
• Shift: AM Shift 5AM 6AM Start time) OR PM Shift 5PM 6PM Start time Sunday Monday Thursday and Friday)
• Location: Ajax Kingston and Ottawa available.
• Local routes > guaranteed to be home every day!

Skills Knowledge and Ability Required:
• Valid Class 1/AZ drivers license with a clean commercial drivers abstract
• Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift stack pull and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills with English fluency
• 2 years previous professional driving experience is required
• Ability to work in a variety of weather temperature and road conditions

Responsibilities Include:
• Providing exceptional service to build and maintain quality customer relationships
• Manually sorting and unloading food products and handwheeling them into the customer locations with the use of ramps and occasionally stairs (approx.cases/shift)
• Operating straight trucks or trailers safely and professionally to transport goods and materials over urban short interurban and rural routes
• Conducting routine pre/posttrip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes temperature logs count sheets and incident reporting
• Performing product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoices
• Following health and safety and safe work procedures
