Most importantly, should have managed couple of end to end Azure API Implementations and can take the complete ownership of the Implementation and who can lead the Implementation project.

Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
Deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance.
Knowledge of Azure App Service & .net API development
