Job Title: Azure Data Engineer / Integration Developer
Position Overview:
As an Azure Data Engineer / Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement data workflows, and ensure data quality and integrity. Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a plus, as you will integrate these platforms into our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Implement Data Integration Solutions:
• Develop and manage data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, moving and transforming data from various sources to meet business requirements.
• Develop Automation Workflows:
• Create and manage automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders:
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor & Optimize Integration Processes:
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration processes to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate with Microsoft Platforms:
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with Azure services to enhance business functionality and ensure seamless data flow.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for data integration workflows and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and clarity across teams.
• Stay Current with Emerging Technologies:
• Keep up to date with best practices, new technologies, and tools in Azure, data engineering, and integration development to drive continuous improvement.
Technical Skills Required:
• Azure Data Factory:
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing data pipelines, integration workflows, and performing data transformations.
• Azure Logic Apps:
• Strong knowledge of creating and managing automation workflows that facilitate seamless process integration and business operations.
• Data Integration & ETL Concepts:
• Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, and best practices in maintaining data quality and integrity.
Good to Have:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integration with Azure services.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and other Azure services used for data management and processing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipeline integration, and project management.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
