Job Description:
1. 3+ years of Software Development Life Cycle experience
2. 3+ years of Azure public cloud experience, Azure certifications a plus
3. Prior experience specifically in SRE / DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, and Systems Engineering required
4. Ability to prioritize work across projects and people.
5. Expertise in firefighting and work well equally independently or as part of a team.
6. Lead projects and/or small teams by taking responsibility for overall success and keeping morale high.
7. Very strong experience with Linux as an administrator and operator
8. Ability to drive, build and operate shared core infrastructure services
+. Strong background with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
10. Strong background in configuration management with frameworks such as Chef, Salt, or Ansible
11. Proficiency with the following programming languages Golang, Python and shell scripting to automate tasks
12. Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline, GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus
13. Proficient at supporting container platforms and container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
14. Passion for automation and monitoring instrumentation in the code
15. BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
16. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
17. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to collaborate and rally support
18. Self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
