Job Description: Job Duties: Design and implement complete Power BI infrastructure architecture within first 4 weeks, including security, gateway setup, and workspace configuration Successfully migrate +5% of existing MicroStrategy data sources to Power BI with validated connections by Q2 2026 Establish and document security protocols achieving 100% compliance with organizational standards by month 2 Optimize report performance to achieve sub-3-second load times for +0% of migrated reports within 3 months Create automated deployment pipeline reducing deployment time by 70% compared to manual processes by week 8 Maintain ++.+% Power BI service uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance Achieve 100% successful data refresh rates across all production datasets within first 3 months Deliver comprehensive technical documentation and conduct 4 training sessions for team members by project end
Minimum Skills Required: Advanced PowerShell + Azure CLI scripting with 3+ years Azure infrastructure management experience Power BI administration expertise (Premium, Gateway, Deployment) with certification MicroStrategy architecture knowledge and migration experience Azure security implementation including Azure AD, SSO, data encryption Database management proficiency (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse) Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline configuration experience Data modeling and DAX fundamentals Project management and stakeholder communication skills with proven track record"
