We're seeking a senior-level engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure management. The candidate will support a global, high-availability environment and work closely with teams in the US and UK. They must be available during IST hours in between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.Azure System Engineering Support – Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services.Cloud PC Management – Address login, performance, and technical issues.SQL & Database Troubleshooting – Strong hands-on with SQL Server.Monitoring Tools – Use tools like SolarWinds and PRTG.Global Collaboration – Effective handoffs and communication with the US/UK teams.System Reliability – Ensure proactive alerting and minimal downtime.Senior-level experience in Azure, Cloud PC, and SQL.Strong knowledge of monitoring tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Availability during India business hours with focus on US
