Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
• Deliver direct patient care including monitoring vitals and administering medication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team at MJM Hospital
• Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and safety measures
• Educate patients and families about care and post-discharge instructions
• Support healthcare teams in patient rounds at MJM Hospital
