About Us:
LaCosmetique is a leading K-beauty retail and distribution company in Australia, managing over 10 stores and distributing premium Korean cosmetic brands to both offline and online channels. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our B2B and B2C marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
B2C (Direct-to-Consumer):
Assist in managing content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu)
Coordinate product launches, EDMs, and digital campaigns across platforms
Support online store (Shopify) with product uploads, images, and SEO-friendly descriptions
Track and report on marketing campaign performance
B2B (Wholesale & Retail Partners):
Help prepare product presentations and line sheets for buyers
Coordinate sampling, tester tracking, and promotional materials
Support brand partnership activities with Korean suppliers
Assist in compiling marketing assets for pharmacy chains and retail clients
Requirements:
0–2 years marketing or eCommerce experience (preferably in cosmetics or FMCG)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean (Mandarin/Chinese a bonus)
Proficient with Canva, Excel, and social media platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Interest in skincare, makeup, and Korean beauty trends
Preferred:
Experience in the cosmetics industry, eCommerce, or B2B marketing
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads or Google Ads
