Job Description:

???? What You’ll Do

- Analyze and refine sales processes.

- Build scalable, structured sales funnels.

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategic differentiators.

- Drive client acquisition with tailored strategies.

???? What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales consulting or business development (HR/B2B experience is a bonus).

• A sharp analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

• Expertise in sales metrics, market research, and CRM tools.

• ⁠Core Business Development Role only B2B Sales.

• Very Good Communication/Fluent in English language.

• Able to make 100 - 150 calls per day on potential leads not cold calling types.

• Daily Basis Revenue.

• Individual Contributor no Team handling will be given

• Should be local candidate no relocation cases

Interview Mode - F2F only in Lucknow office in weekdays/working hours.
