Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account
Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the
successful execution of projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end client management,
coordinating with team leaders, maintaining proactive communication with clients, conducting
regular analysis, and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Client Management
1. Take ownership of client accounts allocated post-project handover.
2. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, needs, and
expectations.
3. Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
promptly.
Coordination with Team Leaders
1. Collaborate closely with Team Leaders (TLs) to ensure daily project execution aligns with
client expectations.
2. Facilitate effective communication between TLs and clients to ensure project milestones
are met.
Proactive Communication
1. Conduct weekly catchup calls with clients to review project progress, discuss upcoming
activities, and address any issues or concerns.
2. Maintain proactive communication with clients across various platforms (email, phone,
and virtual meetings) to keep them informed and engaged.
Analysis and Gap Identification
1. Continuously analyze project executions, identifying areas of improvement and potential
gaps.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve project
outcomes.
3. Provide clients with regular reports and insights on project performance.
Account Nurturing and Growth
1. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients based on trust and exceptional
service.
2. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services or solutions.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop account expansion strategies.
