Position: B2B Cold Calling Executive
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday
Compensation: 30-40k/month fixed salary + Incentives up to 20k/month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Cold Calling Specialist who excels in verbal communication and possesses a strong understanding of outbound sales. The candidate should have experience speaking to American clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services.
• Develop and deliver customised sales pitches tailored to each prospect's needs.
• Handle and adapt your own sales scripts when necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all targets and deadlines are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Regularly update the team with progress reports and insights from the field.
Required Skills:
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to create, adapt, and effectively deliver sales scripts.
• Capability to understand two to three projects at once, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to doing the right thing, even when unsupervised.
