Role Description
KServe BPO Pvt. Ltd. is seeking full-time on-site B2B Corporate and Enterprise Sales Executives for our Mumbai location. The Sales Executives are responsible for developing and executing sales plans, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with B2B sales, preferably in the Corporate and Enterprise sector
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Hindi, and one other regional language
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM software, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Willingness to travel, if needed
