Mandatory Requirements to Apply
4–5 years of experience in event operations / event production (B2B or agency preferred)
Hands-on experience in corporate events, conferences, product launches, or trade shows
Strong understanding of on-ground execution (stage, AV, show flow, console coordination)
Experience managing vendors, fabricators, venues, and production partners
Ability to handle multiple events under tight timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel and manage on-site execution
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end B2B corporate events including R&R programs, partner events, and conferences
Lead on-ground event production and coordination
Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth execution during events with quick problem-solving
Maintain documentation, cost tracking, and reporting
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per year
Location: Thane, Manpada
Schedule: Full-time | 6 days/week (event-based flexibility required)
