About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that plans and executes best-in-class virtual, in-person, and hybrid events. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, with a strong focus on project management, attention to detail, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering great client events, working closely with event stakeholders to agree on key goals, and leading pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities. They will also be expected to partner with a broader team on specific aspects of large-scale events, remain current with industry trends and best practices, and act as an event advocate to promote events internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver great client events, working closely with event stakeholders to agree on key goals.
Lead pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities, including selecting locations, managing agencies and venues, budget management, onsite logistics management, post-event follow-up, and event performance analysis.
Partner with a broader team on specific aspects of large-scale events.
Remain current with industry trends and best practices, including environmental sustainability, inclusivity, and the role of AI in events.
Act as an event advocate to promote events internally and externally
