Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist position based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and effectively presenting our products and services to meet client needs. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies, delivering product demonstrations, handling customer inquiries, and consistently achieving sales targets. This position also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and participating in training sessions to stay updated on the company’s product offerings and market trends.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients and team members about products and services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Prior experience in a sales role is preferred, and familiarity with technology solutions is a strong plus.
