Overview

We’re hiring a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive wholesale growth for our cosmetics and FMCG exports. We're looking for experienced professionals who can identify, contact, and convert high-value B2B buyers across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage listings on B2B platforms (Alibaba, TradeKey, eBay Wholesale, etc.)

Prospect retailers, distributors, and resellers via cold email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls

Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, Snov.io, ZoomInfo, etc. to build accurate lead lists

Write compelling email and WhatsApp sales sequences

Track outreach activity and conversions in CRM

Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads

Requirements

Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in cosmetics, FMCG, or exports

Proven lead generation skills using digital tools

Strong understanding of export sales (MOQ, shipping, Incoterms)

Proficient in English – written and spoken

Self-motivated, disciplined, and outcome-oriented

Able to work independently and remotely

Compensation

10% profit share on all closed B2B deals

Performance-based bonuses for meeting key milestones
