About the Role:
As a B2B Marketer at Spark, you'll lead the development and delivery of integrated, data-driven marketing that supports our mid-corporate and enterprise customer segment. A natural storyteller and great writer, you'll translate sophisticated telecommunications and digital solutions into customer-first messaging that resonates with C-suite leaders, technical decision-makers, and end users - measuring success through the metrics that matter: engagement, conversion, ROI, and growth. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to extend.
Day to day you will be involved in:
designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, EDM, web, and experiential;
crafting executive-level content including thought leadership, case studies, and personalised communications;
planning events and industry engagements that strengthen Spark's enterprise presence; and partnering closely with product, sales, and customer teams to align priorities and drive real outcomes.
You'll work in a fast-moving Agile environment where you're empowered to deliver better results for customers and communities - all while acting as a guardian of Spark's brand integrity across every enterprise touchpoint
What experience you'll bring?
We’re looking for a senior marketer who blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll likely have:
7+ years’ marketing experience across the full mix, with deep expertise in B2B marketing for complex products/services.
Proven ability to draft engaging copy and communicate with diverse audiences - C-suite, technical buyers, end users — and strong content writing/storytelling skills.
Strong multi-channel experience (digital, social, search/display, email and broader media).
A data-driven mindset with analytical and commercial acumen; comfortable testing, learning and optimising.
Confidence building credibility with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes.
A growth mindset and genuine interest in telecommunications, technology and digital services.
Nice to have: Salesforce and Marketo experience; B2B technology/telecommunications background.
