Petpack is Australia’s biggest marketing agency exclusively for veterinarians. We’re a small but mighty team of individuals that are passionate about animal welfare, and committed to helping vets get better compliance from pet owners, so that pets are ultimately looked after the best they can be. We have an exciting opportunity for a like-minded individual to join the team as our B2B Marketing Manager, driving exciting initiatives that bring in more vet clients.

What you’ll do:
Facilitate the creation and delivery of effective B2B marketing communications to generate sales leads
Retain clients through strategic and personalised B2B communications
Use social (LinkedIn, Meta), email, website and CRM to present Petpack as a market leader to vets and the broader veterinary community
Develop marketing strategy for client retention and lead generation throughout the year
Prepare Petpack webinars on exciting business subject matters for vets
Manage Petpack’s presence at trade conferences, including promotions, printed materials and speaking opportunities
Maintain relationships with strategic network partners to reinforce Petpack’s position as a leader in the veterinary space
Produce bespoke campaigns and reporting for key clients
Be an expert in digital communications that can shape and influence the Petpack team and provide value to our clients
Our ideal candidate:
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
A passion for improving animal welfare
Experienced with email platforms (Campaign Monitor or similar), CRM (Salesforce) and LinkedIn/Meta, paid and organic
Basic graphic design skills (Canva is ok!)
Experience with trade conferences would be advantageous
Experience in veterinary would be well-regarded but not essential
