About the Role:
OnceHub is hiring a highly motivated and articulate Junior Content Contributor to join our 100% remote Knowledge Center team. This is an exciting entry-level role for a recent graduate (2026/2026).
You will play a vital part in improving customer education by:
• Video Production: Creating scripted tutorial videos using screen recordings and AI-assisted tools.
• Content Writing: Drafting, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate help articles and documentation.
• Skill Growth: Rapidly developing product expertise to transition into independent script and documentation writing.
This role demands exceptional fluency and articulation in both written and spoken English. Candidates with backgrounds in Journalism, English Studies, or Communications are strongly encouraged to apply.
Note: We conduct a rigorous, multi-stage assessment process (written essays, video test, and practical assignment) to ensure the highest standards of communication. Only those fully committed to this process should apply.
