Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Sales and Marketing Field Executive to handle sales to businesses, distributors, and corporate clients for a consumer goods/ Material Handling Products (Plastic Furniture; Air Coolers; Big Size Dustbins; Pallets etc.) manufacturing company based in Agra. The candidate will be responsible for expanding business-to-business relationships and achieving sales targets. The role requires frequent travel, and candidates must have their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including wholesalers, distributors, and corporate customers.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, present product offerings, and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management.
• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Vehicle: Must own a vehicle with a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
