About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling quotations, orders, and customer interactions. This role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in the electronics component or high-technology industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and timely quotations to the sales team, utilizing CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager on key quotations, ensuring clarity on gross profit (GP) margins.
• Process RFQs (Requests for Quotation) via supplier portals and coordinate for timely supplier responses.
• Maintain daily logs of quotations and price metrics to support business visibility and analysis.
• Publish data on POs won and lost, sharing insights with the sales team and recording references for future quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales order processing team to ensure error-free purchase order (PO) entries.
• Monitor and manage changes in order timelines, including pull-ins and push-outs.
• Maintain a log for tenders quoted and track their status.
• Support the Product Management and Sales teams with the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process for handling rejections.
• Manage and track OEM backlog, monitoring for potential push-outs, delays, and cancellations.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or customer service role, ideally within the B2B Sales Domain.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to prioritise work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM software preferred.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong customer/client focus with a proactive approach.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle changing priorities.
• High personal effectiveness, credibility, and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and able to manage time efficiently.
