Pharmacoo Pty Ltd is an Australian beauty distribution and retail company specialising in Korean beauty brands. Our retail brand LaCosmetique operates multiple stores across Australia and continues to expand rapidly.
In addition to retail, Pharmacoo works with wholesale partners including beauty stores, online retailers, and salons across Australia. As our B2B business continues to grow, we are looking for an additonal motivated team member to support our wholesale sales and online ordering platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Sales & Ecommerce Assistant to support our growing wholesale business.
This role focuses on communicating with wholesale customers, assisting with B2B online orders, and helping promote our products through digital channels. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with clients, understands basic e-commerce operations, and enjoys working in a sales-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with B2B wholesale customers via phone and email to introduce products and promotions
Follow up enquiries and support wholesale sales growth
Approve and create new wholesale customer accounts on the B2B website
Assist clients with placing orders and guide them on how to use the online B2B ordering system
Maintain relationships with small and medium wholesale customers
Update B2B website product listings, pricing, and promotions
Support LinkedIn and B2B social media updates to attract wholesale clients
Follow up with customers regularly to encourage repeat orders
Requirements
1–2 years experience in sales, B2B support, or customer service
Confident communicating with clients via phone and email
Basic understanding of e-commerce or website operations
Familiar with social media or LinkedIn for business promotion
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and sales-driven
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wholesale industry preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
