Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Event Sales cum Celebrity Management Executive who can drive event sales, manage celebrity associations, and handle end-to-end coordination for brand events and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Event Sales & Business Development
Generate leads and close sales for corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and agencies.
Create customized event proposals, pitch decks, and cost estimations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and partnership avenues.
Celebrity Management
Source and onboard celebrities, influencers, artists, and public figures as per client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, appearance fees, and endorsement terms.
Coordinate schedules, logistics, and deliverables for celebrity engagements.
Manage end-to-end communication between clients and celebrity representatives.
Ensure smooth execution of events involving celebrity appearances.
Event Execution & Coordination
Work closely with internal creative and operations teams for seamless event execution.
Oversee contracts, payments, and documentation.
Handle crisis management and last-minute changes professionally.
Maintain strong industry relationships with PR agencies, talent managers, and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Event Sales, Celebrity Management, or Talent Management.
Strong network within the entertainment and corporate industry.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
